Our Stylist Says
The Yarmouth pendant in brass is a versatile choice that works well in both traditional and contemporary interiors, thanks to its classic yet modern appeal. I love it for its warm brass finish, which adds a touch of elegance and warmth to any space. It’s particularly effective over dining tables, kitchen islands, or in entrance halls where you want to create an inviting atmosphere. For styling, consider pairing it with other brass accents or neutral tones to keep the look cohesive and sophisticated. Practical tip: hang it at a height where the light source is not directly in line with eye level to ensure comfortable lighting and a balanced aesthetic.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
