The Feiss name has been a byword for excellence in lighting since Murray Feiss started making and selling porcelain figurine lamps in 1955. Now part of the Elstead family, the Feiss name continues to represent excellence, as demonstrated by this Hobson chandelier. Three inverted seeded glass cups form the shades for three powerful 75w fittings that will take Edison screw cap bulbs in the choice of incandescent, CFL, halogen or LED. The lights hang from a curved-ended horizontal supported by two ceiling-mounted uprights, all in aged brass or satin nickel. The Hobson borrows from an early industrial tradition to create something entirely contemporary. *Moot Trading Ltd is not a lender and acts only as an introducer. I really like the aged brass finish on this three-light chandelier, as it offers a warm, vintage feel that works well in both traditional and contemporary interiors. It’s quite versatile-ideal for kitchens, dining rooms, or even a hallway where you want to add a touch of industrial charm. When styling, consider pairing it with other brass or matte black fixtures to create a cohesive look. Practical tips include hanging it at a height that provides ample illumination without overwhelming the space, and using warm-toned bulbs to complement the aged brass tone for a cosy atmosphere. Its straightforward design makes it a great choice for adding a bit of statement lighting without it feeling overly ornate.
