The Elixir leather armchair invites you to sit down and relax in elegant, modern style. We love its clean, modern lines and beautiful soft premium leather upholstery with feature stitching and chrome accents. With its sleek, contemporary design and luxuriously deep cushioning this leather chair looks and feels fantastic. Lovely finishing touches are the Elixir’s distinctively curved arms and pewter-effect feet. The seat and back cushions keep their shape for longer and are wonderfully comfortable because of their high-density foam with fibre fillings, no-sag spring seat give support and bounce. And thanks to the adjustable headrest you can enjoy high-backed comfort whenever you need it. The Elixir leather armchair is part of the Elixir collection, exclusive to Furniture Village. Did you know? Leather is a beautiful, natural material with its own unique marks and characteristics, so texture, tone and colour can vary slightly in and between panels. Leather stretches, softens and settles with use. When you sit on a new leather sofa or chair it’s normal for the leather to ‘puddle’ slightly due to initial stretching. A simple smoothing of the leather across the top of the seat cushion if this occurs keeps your sofa or chair looking good. Interiors settle over time so, to maximise comfort, please plump the seat and back cushions regularly, and – where possible – turn and rotate to ensure even wear. Wipe leather upholstery with a damp cloth, and please use only the recommended cleaning products. If your sofa or chair is a recliner model, please allow time for the recliner to settle. Minor gaps are necessary for ease of motion, and vary depending on floor type. Manual recliners can feel a little stiff at first, but the motion eases with use.
I love this grey leather armchair for its clean, modern design and versatile colour-it works well in both contemporary and classic interiors. Its manual recline feature adds comfort without compromising on style, making it ideal for cosy corners or family rooms. To style it effectively, consider pairing with neutral-toned textiles like a soft throw or textured cushions to soften the leather's sleekness, or combine with wooden accents for Scandinavian-inspired spaces. Practical tips include placing it near a statement lamp or side table to create a welcoming reading nook, and using a darker base or metal legs to add contrast and ground the look. It’s a durable, smart choice that can elevate a variety of interiors with minimal effort.
