Product Details • 100% New Zealand rug • Craftsmanship: hand-knotted • Weight: 3000 to 3200g/m² • Pile height: 10mm Quality Info • Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. A wool rug is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator. Care Advice • Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is normal, because the rug "bursts" by rejecting its excess fibres. Remove the fluff as much as possible by hand and do not use the vacuum cleaner in brushing mode as this has the effect of pulling the fibres and tearing them off. The pilling will improve over time. • For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little for the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much, always without using the brush.. • Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. • Dry clean recommended.
