Description

With Harllson flat pack furniture, assembly is up to 10 times quicker than the traditional self-assembly method and hardly requires the use of tools as most elements connect with a "click". This is made possible by "Easy. Klix", an innovative system based on Threespine ID® technology, which also allows you to disassemble and rebuild the furniture multiple times, so there's no need to worry about damaging your furniture if you want to move it. Putting furniture together has never been so easy and straightforward! Crafted in contemporary style, yet evoking the best of mid-century design, Harllson combines both beauty and functionality and is subtle in form and colour. All pieces have solid wood, tall, slightly angled and tapered legs, making them visually light so they won’t overwhelm the room. Delicate wooden knobs emphasize the collection's style and are perfectly matched to the various colour options. The furniture will be a wonderful foundation for arranging a comfortable living room or bedroom in a Scandinavian, boho, or retro spirit. The Harllson coffee table, in an eye-catching combination of painted and mauvella oak, will successfully fit into your home. The practical rectangular top is a great place to serve snacks and beverages. Beneath the tabletop, you can store all your bits and pieces within reach, such as a TV remote, books, magazines, or coasters. The drawer is suitable for storing small items and it has been mounted on full-extension slides, ensuring ease of use and practicality. Want to see it first? You may want to see and get a feel for the furniture in one of our shops before ordering. We'll be able to tell you where the range you'd like to view is on display.

Our Stylist Says

I love the simplicity and versatility of this coffee table. The combination of sage and oak creates a trendy, yet neutral look that works well in both contemporary and Scandi-inspired interiors. Its clean lines and open shelving provide practical storage, perfect for organising clutter or displaying decorative items. To style it effectively, consider layering with cosy accessories such as a stack of books, a small plant, or a candle. It’s particularly well-suited to living rooms with a relaxed, understated vibe, but can also provide a grounding feature in more eclectic spaces. The muted tones keep it adaptable, so it pairs nicely with coloured soft furnishings, patterned rugs, or metallic accents to add personality.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
