Description
A bold and colourful abstract print, 'Venture' from Marcus Walters resembles a plant growing in the sunshine. The giclée art printing process and 210gsm acid-free archival paper create an exhibition-quality art print with long-lasting colours that more closely resemble the artist's materials and tones. A digital form of the original work is stored and then printed using a commercial printer and pigment-based inks. The print is presented with an acrylic glaze that's optically the same as glass yet lighter in weight making it easier and safer to hang. Ready to hang on your wall, it's framed in obeche wood in a choice of finishes. Marcus Walters is a graphic artist and designer of many disciplines. Since graduating from Central Saint Martins School of Art in London he has art directed magazines, founded a graphic design agency, launched his own fashion and homewares brands, exhibited artwork at galleries across the world and collaborated with some of the biggest brands in the world. Marcus's work is easily identifiable by his reductive graphic style and colourful optimistic imagery. Typography, drawing and illustration intertwine to create joyful images while his pattern designs are feature multi-layered abstract compositions - a nod to his training as a graphic designer. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
