An ideal gift for the Coldplay lover in your life, this typographic print from Hollie Graphik celebrates the lyrics from the hit 'Yellow', 'Look at the stars, look how they shine for you.' The giclée art printing process and 210gsm acid-free archival paper create an exhibition-quality art print with long-lasting colours that more closely resemble the artist's materials and tones. A digital form of the original work is stored and then printed using a commercial printer and pigment-based inks. The print is presented with an acrylic glaze that's optically the same as glass yet lighter in weight making it easier and safer to hang. Ready to hang on your wall, it's framed in obeche wood in a choice of finishes. Hollie Graphik is the brainchild of Manchester-based graphic designer Hollie Cookson. Born out of lockdown in May 2020 but a long-time goal, Hollie put her skills to work in her newfound spare time, to create music-inspired prints. Using bold and modern typography, she designs prints for music fans who want to add a pop of colour and lyrical genius into their homes. Hollie's aim was to celebrate the importance of music by creating timeless and unique designs that evoke nostalgia and memories of good times, defined by classic indie lyrics. Have you thought about wall hooks and fittings?
I love how HollieGraphik's 'Stars' print adds a playful yet modern touch to a space. Its simple colour palette of soft pinks and yellows makes it versatile, working well in nurseries, children’s bedrooms, or even a cosy corner in a living room. The framed print's clean design and positive message make it easy to pair with minimal or colourful decor. Practical styling ideas include hanging it at eye level in a gallery wall, or pairing it with plain-textured cushions and simple furniture to let the print stand out. It’s a great way to introduce a touch of optimism and charm without overwhelming the overall scheme.
