Description
Give your space a warm feel with this graphic print by Fox and Velvet. The perfect gift for a tea addict. The giclée art printing process and 210gsm acid-free archival paper create an exhibition-quality art print with long-lasting colours that more closely resemble the artist's materials and tones. A digital form of the original work is stored and then printed using a commercial printer and pigment-based inks. The print is presented with an acrylic glaze that's optically the same as glass yet lighter in weight making it easier and safer to hang. Ready to hang on your wall, it's framed in obeche wood in a choice of finishes. Hailing from opposite sides of the globe, illustrator duo Fox & Velvet take inspiration from their combined love of travel, music and nature to create quirky mid-century inspired art. A constant soundtrack of jazz, soul, electronic and '80s music accompanies them throughout their days, while spare time is spent hunting for retro treasures in vintage shops. Have you thought about wall hooks and fittings?
Our Stylist Says
I love the playful vibe of the Fox & Velvet 'Tea' print - it’s perfect for adding a touch of humour and charm to a kitchen or casual dining space. Its bold, graphic design with the cheerful breakfast scene works well in modern, eclectic, or even retro interiors. For styling, consider pairing it with simple, understated frames or mixing it with other quirky prints for an art wall. It also works beautifully as a focal point on a neutral wall, where its colours can really pop, but you could also team it with earthy tones or darker shades for a more balanced look. To keep it looking fresh, avoid overcrowding the space around it, letting the image do the talking.

About John Lewis
A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion
John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.
Adapting to Changing Times
Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.
Commitment to a Greater Purpose
John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
