A retro-inspired framed abstract print, 'Hudson' by Deltanova. The giclée art printing process and 210gsm acid-free archival paper create an exhibition-quality art print with long-lasting colours that more closely resemble the artist's materials and tones. A digital form of the original work is stored and then printed using a commercial printer and pigment-based inks. The print is presented with an acrylic glaze that's optically the same as glass yet lighter in weight making it easier and safer to hang. Ready to hang on your wall, it's framed in obeche wood in a choice of finishes. Deltanova's work is inspired by Bauhausian sensibilities and the anarchic surrealism seen in 1970s kids' TV shows and sits somewhere between the two. With influences as diverse as Jamie and the Magic Torch, László Moholy-Nagy and Jean Michel Jarre, new combinations are crafted from both opaque and transparent textures that blur the lines between TV, music and art. Have you thought about wall hooks and fittings?
I love the East End Print’s Hudson for its modern, geometric aesthetic - it’s versatile and adds a contemporary edge without overpowering a space. It works particularly well in minimalist or Scandinavian interiors, but can also bring a pop of interest to more eclectic schemes. To style it effectively, consider hanging it at eye level above a sideboard or sofa, paired with other monochrome or neutral accessories to let the print stand out. For a cohesive look, complement it with warm-toned textiles or metallic accents, which will enhance the earthy hues in the artwork. Its framed presentation also means it’s ready to hang, making it an effortless way to refresh a wall with a bit of understated drama.
