A tumble of plums for the kitchen wall, by artist Anek. This fine art-quality print on 210gsm acid-free archival paper is framed in obeche wood in a choice of finishes. The acrylic glaze is light in weight and optically the same as glass. Ready to hang on your wall, it's made in the UK in an exclusive size for John Lewis & Partners. Ana Zaja Petrak (aka Anek) is a graphic designer and illustrator, working and living in Zagreb, Croatia. She worked for many years in the graphic design industry. A few years ago she returned to illustration which has always been her first love. Her style is graphic, simple and colourful. I love the East End Prints Anek 'Plums' because of its fresh, contemporary feel and vibrant colour palette. It works particularly well in modern or minimalist interiors, adding a pop of colour without overwhelming the space. For styling, I’d suggest pairing it with neutral-toned furnishings to let the artwork stand out or grouping it with other prints for a gallery wall. It’s versatile enough to go in kitchens, living rooms, or even bedrooms, especially if you want to introduce a playful, colourful element.
