Add a tropical twist to your wall décor with this graphic pineapples print by Alice Staker. This fine art-quality print on 210gsm acid-free archival paper is framed in obeche wood in a choice of finishes. The acrylic glaze is light in weight and optically the same as glass. Ready to hang on your wall, it's made in the UK in an exclusive size for John Lewis & Partners. Alice Straker is a London-based artist and designer. Her paintings are thickly textured and use an uplifting colour palette which makes them sing from the walls. Alice works with a range of mediums and tools including acrylic, oils, pastels, palette knives and brushes, to create highly original paintings. Alice draws inspiration from her family's love of cooking and her twin brother is a chef. Her degree was in Art History and she has a penchant for colour theory. Her artist heroes include Henri Matisse, Vincent Van Gogh and Gillian Ayres. Have you thought about wall hooks and fittings?
I love the Alice Staker pineapple print for its playful yet stylish vibe. It works beautifully in casual dining areas, kitchens, or bright living rooms where a pop of colour and a touch of tropical fun can lift the space. The vibrant greens and yellows contrast nicely with neutral backgrounds, making it a versatile piece that adds personality without overwhelming. Practical styling tips include pairing it with natural textures like rattan or wicker furniture, or grouping it with other botanical prints for a cohesive look. Framed in a simple black border, it’s easy to incorporate into both contemporary and eclectic interiors.
