With similar frame styles to the Eames Aluminium Group, the Eames Soft Pad Group is defined by its sewn-on cushions that create a supple and luxurious contrast to the clean-lined silhouette of the base. Upholstered in premium leather in an array of colours, the Eames EA217 chair is covered with soft, smooth aniline cowhide that showcases a flat grain, dyed-through for colour and lightly pigmented for a high-quality finish. Characterised by a curved backrest for added comfort, the Eames EA217 chair swivels for simple manoeuvring and has a specifically designed tilt mechanism that can be adjusted to the weight of the user for optimum comfort.
