Our Stylist Says
I love this sofa for its plush, inviting texture and versatile light brown shade, making it a great anchor piece in both contemporary and traditional interiors. The jumbo cord fabric adds depth and tactile interest, perfect for creating a cosy, lived-in feel. It works well in neutrally decorated spaces, where it can be paired with patterned cushions, throws, or contrasting colours to add personality. For styling tips, consider simple accessories like textured cushions or a soft throw blanket to enhance its tactile appeal. In open-plan living rooms or family spaces, it’s practical thanks to its robust fabric, and you can dress it up with statement rugs and lighting to elevate the overall look.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
