I’m a fan of this 2x2 cube shelf in dark wood for its clean lines and compact footprint - it’s ideal when you need extra storage without overwhelming a room. It sits just as comfortably in a minimalist living space as it does in a more rustic or industrial-style study.
To style it, mix useful and decorative items: use woven baskets in one compartment, neatly stack your favourite reads in another, and leave at least one cube open to prevent it looking cluttered. A small plant, a sculptural object or a framed photo on top will add personality, while keeping the overall look balanced.
