I’m a fan of this white-and-pine bedside unit for its clean lines and warm wood top - it slots easily into Scandi, coastal or modern farmhouse schemes. Its compact size makes it ideal for smaller bedrooms, while the two drawers keep bedside clutter under control. For styling, I’d layer a low-profile lamp, a small potted plant and a couple of coffee-table books on top; inside the drawers, use fabric dividers to separate chargers, skincare and reading glasses.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
