Our Stylist Says
I love this blue velvet bed frame for its plush, luxurious look and the curved top detail that adds a touch of softness and elegance. It's a versatile piece that pairs well in both contemporary and classic interiors, especially when you want to introduce a bold colour accent without overwhelming the space. To style around it, keep bedding and accessories in neutral or complementary shades like soft greys, whites, or metallics to let the blue stand out. Practical tips include adding textured cushions or throws for a cosy feel, and placing bedside lamps or statement artwork above to enhance its feel of refined comfort. This frame is a great statement piece that balances style with comfort in a modern or eclectic bedroom scheme.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
