Tops Technology (Heat, Stain and Scratch resistant) is applied to the wood effect tops, which come in three fabulous finishes; Oak, Grey and Light Walnut with Round, Fixed and Extending options and a designer black metal base all marry together to form these special statement pieces. I’m a fan of this grey round table for its clean lines and sturdy pedestal base - it’s equally at home in a compact dining nook or as a café-style bistro setup. The neutral timber-effect top and black metal stem suit industrial, Scandinavian and modern minimal interiors, and the 80cm diameter leaves plenty of room for four chairs without dominating the space.
For styling, keep the surface uncluttered: a simple ceramic vase and a couple of slim tumblers create a lived-in feel, while a low-pile rug underneath helps define the area. Pair with slim-legged chairs in muted tones or natural rattan for contrast and extra texture.
