Each luxurious duvet boasts neat octagonal chambers sewn into 100% super cambric cotton casing and is packed full of eco-friendly and ethically sourced goose down from quality-assured farms tucked away in the Austrian mountains. Stamped with DIN CERTCO, The Happy Geese Guarantee and TRAUMPASS certifications amongst others, these are only awarded to premium products which do not originate from live animal-plucking, use top-quality down and feathers from humanely farmed animals, and which are free from harmful substances. Plus, the NOMITE seal of approval ensures that each piece of bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers. Investing in a weighty, warming duvet is optimal for a good night’s rest, yet such a thing was relatively unknown in the UK until the early 1960s, when our founder Sir Terence Conran brought back the esteemed duvet back from Sweden and stocked his first shop full of these feather-filled necessities.
