Our Stylist Says
This dining set is a smart choice for modern interiors thanks to its blend of natural and industrial elements. The Dossena table’s oval shape encourages fluid conversation and works well in both open plan and more compact dining areas. I love how the dark grey Bovino velvet chairs add a touch of sophistication and contrast against the wood tabletop, making them versatile for different colour schemes. For styling, consider layering with neutral or textured tableware to highlight the velvet chairs, and add a statement centrepiece or fresh greenery to bring colour and freshness to the space. It’s ideal for contemporary or Scandinavian-inspired homes, but can also be softened with cosy textiles or layered rugs for a more eclectic or cosy vibe.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
