Description

This simple and sweet hanging sign features slightly distressed edges and crisp white text that reads 'Dorset is my happy place'. Its small size and cheerful message make it a perfect souvenir for visitors to cherish their fond memories of Dorset and its picturesque English coastline.

Our Stylist Says

This wall sign offers a charming, casual touch that’s perfect for creating a relaxed and cheerful vibe in your space. I love how the blue hue complements coastal or nautical interiors, making it a great addition to beach houses, seaside cottages, or even modern homes looking for a pop of colour. For styling, place it at eye level above a sofa or entryway to set a welcoming tone. It works well styled alongside soft textiles, glazed ceramics, or with other subtle coastal accents to build a cohesive look. Keep it simple by pairing it with neutral backgrounds or slightly textured surfaces to let the colour really stand out.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
