A superb combination of fluidity and elegance for this collection designed by Amandine Chhor and Aïssa Logerot. Dojo is inspired by the place dedicated to the practice of meditation and martial arts in search of the essential. Two years of development were required to create this range of chairs, armchairs and tables, harmoniously mixing different materials and textures for an aesthetic and perfectly homogeneous result. This chair combines the softness of solid beech wood and the grained texture of steel on the upper part of the seat. With its curved, delicate lines, Dojo blends into any interior and provides optimum comfort.
I love the simplicity and clean lines of the Dojo chair, which makes it highly versatile for various interiors. Its combination of beech wood and steel adds a contemporary touch while maintaining natural warmth, making it suitable for both modern and Scandi-inspired dining spaces. This chair works particularly well paired with light-coloured tables or within open-plan kitchens, where its understated design can shine. For styling tips, consider mixing and matching it with upholstered dining chairs for an eclectic look or keeping it as a standalone statement piece in a minimalist setting. Practicality-wise, its solid construction and comfortable shape make it reliable for everyday use, and its neutral hues mean it won’t clash with existing colour schemes.
