In a typically vintage style, the Diona Rug is distinguished by its short viscose pile and its print, as if weathered by time, imbued with a discreet elegance. Ideal for a living room or bedroom, for a timelessly charming atmosphere. Made in Belgium. Product Details • 100% used-effect viscose • 860g/m2 • Thickness: 3.5mm • Weaving type: mechanical • Compatible with underfloor heating:Yes • Interior Use: Yes • For outdoor use: No. Quality Info • Viscose is a textile fibre obtained from wood pulp. Also called artificial silk, it is smooth, shiny, very soft and has subtle variations in tone depending on the brightness and the direction of the pile..Care advice • Once unrolled, you must wait a few days for the carpet to return to its initial shape.. • To keep the edges flat, roll your mat in the opposite direction. Leave it like this for an hour then put it back flat and place a heavy object on it for 2 days. • New, the carpet may give off an odour which dissipates over time. Remember to regularly ventilate your room to reduce it. • To preserve its appearance, rotate your rug regularly in one direction or the other to minimise localised wear in the same places (due to successive passages), and loss of colour due to regular light. Care Advice • Vacuum regularly • Compatible with robot vacuum cleaners: Yes • To remove a stain, immediately dab the carpet with an absorbent tissue or damp cloth if necessary. For larger and deeper stains, you can call a professional service. Dimensions • Width 160 x Length 230cm • Width 200 x Length 300cm • Width 300 x Length 400cm • MADE IN BELGIUM. • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. I love this Diona printed used effect vintage rug for its versatile, timeless appeal. Its vintage look adds character and warmth to both contemporary and traditional interiors. It works particularly well in living rooms and bedrooms where a neutral, textured foundation can anchor the space. For styling, consider layering with other textiles like throws and cushions in complementary colours or patterns to create a cosy, inviting feel. Practical tips include placing it under a coffee table or dining table to highlight its design, and pairing it with light or neutral furniture to let the rug's vintage charm stand out. Its subdued tones and distressed style make it a great choice for adding visual interest without overwhelming the room.
