I’m a fan of how the Dion bed’s tall, channel-stitched headboard and velvet upholstery bring a clean yet tactile look to a bedroom. Its mid-grey tone works brilliantly in contemporary or transitional schemes - pair it with brass or matte-black bedside lamps for contrast, and keep bedding in soft neutrals or muted pastels to let the frame shine. In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
