Our Stylist Says
I love this duo because it’s versatile and practical, making it a great choice for both modern and transitional interiors. The black-grey colour palette is neutral enough to complement various colour schemes, from muted tones to bold accents, while adding a contemporary edge. The plush cushions and clean lines keep it looking sleek yet inviting, perfect for casual family spaces or more formal sitting rooms. For styling, I’d suggest layering with textured throws or patterned cushions to soften the look, and pairing it with metallic or glass accents to add some contrast. It also works well with minimalist decor, but can be dressed up with colourful accessories for a more eclectic vibe.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
