I’m a big fan of this natural-finish table for its simple lines and solid timber look - it feels at home in everything from Scandi-inspired schemes to a relaxed farmhouse or coastal living area. Its warm colour and straightforward shape make it a versatile base that won’t date, while the robust build means it’s practical for everyday use. Styling-wise, keep the top clear or add a neutral runner to show off the grain, then introduce a low greenery centrepiece or a pair of ceramic vases in muted tones. Mix and match dining chairs - think rattan or metal-frame designs - to add texture, and layer a jute rug underneath for extra warmth and definition. Better yet, leave space at the ends for occasional benches that can be tucked away when not needed.
