Deya Coffee table: a sculptural piece for indoors and outInspired by Can Lis, architect Jørn Utzon's legendary home on Mallorca, the Deya coffee table embodies a vision of design at the crossroads of Mediterranean architecture and Scandinavian minimalism. Published by Ferm Living in collaboration with the Utzon Center, this creation fuses artistic expression, raw materials and controlled geometry. Bold design, between nature and architectureCrafted in fiber-reinforced concrete, the Deya coffee table features a sumptuous deep-green enamel, irregular and vibrant, evoking the shades of Mediterranean pines. The Tray is segmented by lines of Off white coating. The Tray is punctuated by a central hole, a nod to the Toy of light and ventilation so dear to Utzon. Generously rounded edges temper the rigor of the lines, creating a subtle contrast between strength and softness. Versatility and elegance for all seasonsThe Deya coffee table is equally at home indoors or out. Its weather resistance makes it ideal for a Stone terrace, garden lounge or architectural patio. Indoors, it blends perfectly into a wabi-sabi living room or a veranda with mineral accents, adding a meditative, refined touch.
