Description

The Step was designed by Karl Malmvall as a multifunctional and decorative stepladder for the home. A handy tool to have nearby, but even when it's not in use it can be neatly folded and hung upon the wall to serve as a stylized detail that accentuates the space of the room. Available in red or high-gloss black.

Our Stylist Says

I often reach for this black-stained step ladder as a versatile alternative to a conventional shelf. Its slim profile and matte finish work especially well in contemporary or Scandi-inspired interiors, where you want storage without visual clutter. Styling tip: lean it against a blank wall and stagger a mix of books, small potted plants and candles on the steps. In a bathroom it makes a neat towel rail, while in a home office it keeps sketchpads and notebooks in easy reach. The open design means you can change up displays in seconds, making it a really practical piece for rotating accessories.
