The Decortie Rovel TV unit is a freestanding media stand for flat-screen televisions up to 55 inches and loads up to 30kg. Its top gives room for a soundbar or console beside the screen, while two soft-close cupboard doors close quietly and keep media players, cables and everyday clutter neatly out of sight. The fronts are handleless, opened by an integrated grip that keeps the face clean and uninterrupted. With a matte surface that wipes clean, it brings a relaxed feel to modern and Scandinavian rooms. Made from resilient particleboard, the low profile keeps sightlines open across the living space. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
