Description
The Decortie Melis Bedside Table With Drawer And Shelf pairs a closed top section with a black metal frame. A single drawer opens with a slim black pull and keeps small things tidy, while the frame continues down to an open shelf in a black wood tone for books or a basket. The unit stands 56.4 cm high, 45 cm wide and 35 cm deep, a size that sits comfortably beside a standard double bed. The panels wipe clean with a soft dry cloth.
Our Stylist Says
I love the mix of warm whiskey oak and sleek black wood on this bedside table, making it versatile for both modern and rustic interiors. It works particularly well in contemporary or industrial spaces, where its clean lines and contrasting finishes make a statement without overwhelming the rest of the decor. Practical styling tips include pairing it with minimal bedding and monochrome accessories for a sleek look, or adding a textured lamp and a small potted plant for a cosy feel. The drawer offers handy storage for essentials, while the shelf at the bottom keeps things like books or magazines close to hand, making it both functional and stylish.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
