The Decortie Marquise Three Drawer Chest Of Drawers measures 98 by 40 cm and stands 78.5 cm high, so the top lands at a workable level beside a bed. Every drawer opens across a full 96 cm and gives 20.2 cm of clear depth, which takes folded knitwear rather than only socks. Nothing is fitted to the fronts; a slim cut out in each drawer shows a darker wood tone beneath and serves as the pull. The 18 mm particle board carcase holds up to 30 kg overall and stands on metal legs that raise it 15 cm off the floor. Self assembly, fixings supplied, and a soft dry cloth keeps it clean.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
