Description

Our Dax was made for snugglers. Choose from luxurious velvet or super soft boucle, sink into oversized foam cushions and stretch out as far as you like.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Dax small footstool for its versatility and subtle sophistication. Its moss green velvet adds a touch of richness and works beautifully in both contemporary and classic interiors. It’s great as an extra seat or footrest in a living room, especially when paired with neutral sofas to add colour and texture. Styling tips would include placing it near a statement armchair or using it as a cosy side table with a tray on top. Its compact size makes it an ideal multi-tasking piece that can be effortlessly repositioned, making it practical yet stylish for various arrangements.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
