Description
Created by the Doshi Levien studio, the Drapper armchair was originally designed to furnish a London university. This armchair had to meet precise specifications in terms of comfort, practicality and robustness. Welcoming and ergonomic, the extra wide backrest ensures optimal comfort by perfectly supporting your back. The seat is slightly raised at the ends in order to support the elbows in an optimal position to read and work on a laptop. Drapper combines industrial precision, the sensuality of artisanal know-how and in-depth knowledge of the materials. This armchair is made up of two moulded plywood shells, upholstered with a foam layer and a high-end leather cover. The legs are made from lacquered steel. This robust armchair can be used in private and public spaces. Its sober and eternal style can withstand the test of time while remaining elegant.
