Our Stylist Says

I love this armchair for its rich forest green velvet, which adds a touch of luxury and depth to any space. It works particularly well in classic or contemporary interiors, where the colour can serve as a focal point or complement other deep tones. For styling, consider pairing it with neutral or muted accessories to let the colour stand out, or team with brass or gold accents for a sophisticated touch. It's a versatile piece - perfect as a statement in a cosy reading nook or as an accent chair in a living room. Practical tips include placing it near natural light to highlight the luxurious texture of the velvet and keeping accessories simple to let the colour and fabric do the talking.

Origins and Evolution

Cox & Cox has a rich history that intertwines with British interior design. The brand traces its roots to Fiona Cox, a renowned figure in the UK's design scene who made waves with her appearance on the BBC's hit show, Home Front.

Fast forward to today, and they're stationed in Frome, Somerset, having evolved from tiny decorative trinkets to an expansive range of stylish furniture and more.

Globe-Trotting for the Perfect Piece

The team at Cox & Cox have a knack for hunting down unique pieces. They travel around the globe, exploring markets, meeting artisans, and diving into the world of design.

Out of the hundreds of items they come across, they meticulously select those that align with their ethos high-quality, functional, and stylish. And, with their offerings split into six distinct trends, they've got a bit of inspiration for every kind of home lover.

Marching Towards Sustainability

Cox & Cox is not just about aesthetic appeal; they are deeply committed to becoming a responsible brand.
