Description

Introduce a touch of retro style into your home with the Von Haus Dalton console table. The engraved chevron detailing takes inspiration from characterful 1970s design, whilst the bold metal frame adds a modern industrial edge. All finished in neutral sure to suit any home! More than just a retro statement piece, this hallway table is a functional and versatile addition to any space. The industrial-style legs and frame are constructed from robust steel, finished with a powder coating to ensure style and longevity. And its not just for the hallway, why not use it as a bedroom desk or dressing table? With a 50kg weight capacity, you can use it wherever you need. Simple assembly is required, with all the necessary screws and fittings included.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this Dalton console because its slim black metal frame and warm chevron-pattern drawers strike a neat balance between industrial and Scandi styles. It works brilliantly in a hallway as a neat drop zone, behind a sofa as a sofa table or even in a compact home office for extra storage without taking up too much visual weight. For styling, keep the top uncluttered - a slim tray for keys and mail on one side and a low-profile vase or table lamp on the other. Use the drawers to tuck away chargers, stationery or dog-walking essentials. On the wall above, a simple mirror or a grid of black-framed prints will tie the look together and reinforce the console’s clean lines.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
