I’m a fan of this six-seater oak-top table because its clean lines and industrial-style legs work equally well in Scandi, contemporary or loft-inspired spaces. The natural oak surface brings warmth, while the black metal base adds contrast without dominating the room. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
