Our Stylist Says
I love the Dakota 3 seater left chaise for its sleek, timeless appeal and versatile design. The classic velvet upholstery adds a touch of luxury that works well in both contemporary and traditional interiors. It’s ideal for creating a cosy corner in a living room, especially when paired with layered textiles and neutral tones, which really highlight its elegant silhouette. As a styling tip, keep accessories minimal on this piece to let its quality fabric and clean lines shine, while adding cushions and throws in contrasting colours and textures for visual interest. It’s a practical choice too, offering generous seating and a practical left chaise for lounging or stretching out, perfect for relaxed family spaces or modern open-plan layouts.

About Graham & Green
The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand
In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.
The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.
Evolution through Generations
Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.
They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.
Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.
Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.
Milestones and Memories
Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.
They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
