I’m a fan of the Curve shelf in oak for its clean lines and gentle rounded edges - it brings a sense of calm to both modern and Scandi-inspired rooms. The warm oak tone works well against neutral walls or alongside bolder paint shades, and its narrow footprint means it fits neatly into hallways, home-offices or living rooms without overwhelming the space.
For styling, alternate stacked and upright books, group decorative objects or ceramics in threes, and leave a little breathing room on each shelf to avoid clutter. Tuck a trailing plant into one corner or place framed prints on the top to introduce a touch of greenery and personalise your display.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
