I’m a big fan of this white chest - its clean lines and oak-effect legs make it an easy fit in Scandi, contemporary or coastal-inspired rooms. The simple knobs and matt finish mean it won’t clash with bolder wallpapers or soft furnishings, and its compact depth is ideal for narrower hallways or smaller bedrooms.
For styling, organise the top with a shallow tray for keys and mail by the front door, or group a low vase, a small table lamp and a framed print on it in a guest room. Inside, use fabric dividers to keep socks and scarves neat. Its neutral look also works well alongside woven baskets or a dash of greenery to soften the overall feel.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
