I’m a big fan of this turmeric velvet chesterfield bed for the way its deep mustard tone and button-tufted detail introduce both warmth and texture into a room. It sits beautifully against cool grey or navy walls, and sits equally well in a contemporary glam setting or a more eclectic, layered interior where you might pair it with patterned cushions and a chunky knit throw. To style it, keep your side tables and lighting fairly streamlined - think slim brass or matte-black lamps - to avoid competing with the plush upholstery. Layer neutral linen sheets with a couple of accent cushions in muted blues or greens, and add a low-pile rug underfoot to ground the look. A quick brush of the velvet now and then will help maintain its soft finish.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
