Made from recycled materials, they are part of our journey to becoming a climate neutral brand. Unlike some doormats that absorb dirt and wear over time, our Noodle Mats are designed to solve these problems. They can be used indoors or outdoors, hosed down when needed, or even put in the washing machine for a thorough clean. Made from recycled PVC, they are long lasting and attractive with no shedding. Since 2016 we have been creating doormats and are always designing fresh, trend driven styles. With hundreds of designs to choose from, you can pick neutral and simple patterns or fun and vibrant designs. We have also adapted some of our best selling coir designs to this range. About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
