I really rate the Fairford wardrobe for its clean, Shaker-style panels and soft white finish - it brightens a space while remaining quietly versatile. It sits equally well in a coastal or Scandi scheme, and will slot into a modern farmhouse or classic bedroom without looking out of place. Styling-wise, use the top to house woven baskets or low-profile greenery to draw the eye up, and add slim metal hooks inside the doors for scarves or belts. Inside, simple drawer organisers keep socks and linens neat, while a couple of folded throws on the shelf below create easy access without cluttering the rail.

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy.
