I’m a fan of this two-drawer bedside in an antique-wax pine finish because its clean lines and turned wooden knobs bring a bit of countryside character without feeling fussy. It slots neatly into farmhouse, Scandi or coastal-inspired rooms and works equally well alongside painted pieces or crisp white bedding.
For styling, keep the top surface uncluttered - a compact lamp, a small ceramic tray for your watch or glasses and perhaps a slender vase with a single stem. Tuck bedside essentials in the drawers to maintain a calm, organised look, and consider pairing it with a woven rug or linen-covered box at the foot of the bed for added texture.
