Our Stylist Says
This farmhousish lift top coffee table in black offers both practicality and style, making it a versatile addition to many interiors. I love how the lift top provides a functional surface for working or snacking, while also offering concealed storage that can keep clutter out of sight. It’s ideal for both modern and rustic-inspired spaces, particularly in contemporary living rooms or open-plan areas where you want a mix of utility and understated design. For styling, consider pairing it with neutral-toned textiles and textured accessories to keep the look relaxed, and don’t shy away from mixing in some vintage or industrial touches to enhance its farmhousish charm. It’s a smart choice for those who want a sleek piece that’s as practical as it is stylish.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
