Our Stylist Says
I love this seven-tier bookcase for its bold, geometric design which instantly adds visual interest to any space. It works particularly well in modern and industrial interiors, but can also complement rustic or Scandinavian themes thanks to its warm brown finish. For styling, consider using it as a display for colourful books, decorative accessories, or even small indoor plants to create a balanced, curated look. Its open structure makes it a versatile piece that can serve as a room divider or a striking focal point in living rooms, offices, or open-plan spaces. A practical tip is to cluster smaller items together to avoid a cluttered appearance and keep larger books or statement pieces spaced out to highlight their design.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
