Description

The Cortina Tall Glazed Display Cabinet is a narrow, glazed display cabinet with a total of 5 shelves – making it great for the living room or dining room. The glazed front lets you elegantly display both home decorations and porcelain on the 2 glass shelves. For lovers of natural wood, this piece offers you the opportunity to enjoy the charm of wooden furniture but is made from high-quality MDF in the colour of grandson oak, which looks just like natural timber. An additional feature is the beautiful antique metal handles which give a timeless elegance to the collection.

Our Stylist Says

I love how the Cortina tall cabinet brings warmth through its oak-effect finish while keeping display pieces front and centre behind its glass door. Its slim, right-hand configuration makes it ideal for narrow corners in a hallway, living room or dining area without overwhelming the space. For styling, use glass shelves to showcase a curated mix of ceramics, a few art books laid flat and one or two pieces of framed photos or small plants. Keep items in loose groupings of three, leaving plenty of breathing room, and vary heights to draw the eye up and down the cabinet. In a Scandi-inspired or contemporary setting it works perfectly alongside muted walls, while in a more traditional scheme you can soften it with a textured runner or a statement wall light above.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
