It is finished off with black metal fittings which give the item its distinctive Mexican styling and offers that warm rustic country charm. The item has hardboard backs and drawer bases, its delivered flat packed for easy home assembly with step-by-step instructions.

I’m a fan of this tallboy wardrobe for its solid pine build and matt wax finish, which really shows off the natural grain without feeling too rustic. It slots neatly into farmhouse, Scandi or modern-rustic schemes and works just as well in a spare bedroom, hallway or even a dining area for extra storage.
Styling tip: keep the top surface simple - a small potted plant, framed photo and a slim tray for keys - and use soft grey or muted sage walls to pick up the wood tone. Inside, woven baskets or fabric organisers in the drawers help keep clothing or linens tidy.
