Description
This pair of high breakfast stools are made from responsibly sourced timber and finished in a choice of black wax and grey wax finishes with contrasting antique wax seat pads providing a fresh, modern look to a classic design. The piece is elevated through a rustic live natural edge on either side of the seat pad to bring real character to any room. Easy to build, easy to clean and easy on the eye. Suitable on their own or as additional seats in our two breakfast bar sets.

I’m a fan of these live-edge stools for their mix of raw timber and matt-painted legs - they bring just the right amount of texture without shouting for attention. They work particularly well in industrial-style or Scandi-inspired kitchens, but equally suit a modern farmhouse breakfast bar thanks to that natural wood edge.
Styling tip: pop a slim sheepskin or slim foam cushion on the seat for added comfort, then tie in the grey legs with metal-framed pendant lights or brushed-steel tea-towels. Their compact profile means you can tuck them neatly under a counter when not in use, making the most of smaller spaces.
