Mercers Furniture is happy to offer this Corona Large Extending Dining Table, expertly crafted from solid pine and hand waxed to preserve as well as enhance the grain. It offers outstanding value for money that would be a welcome addition to any home. The table is finished off with black metal fittings which give the dining set its distinctive Mexican styling and offers that warm rustic country charm. The item is supplied flat packed for easy home assembly with step-by-step instructions. Height - 76cm. Width - 160cm 200cm extended. Depth - 91cm

I’m a big fan of this extending table for its blend of sturdy, simple lines and the soft glow of the antique-wax finish. The natural pine tone works brilliantly in both modern farmhouse and Scandi-inspired schemes, while the extension mechanism means you can easily go from everyday family meals to larger dinner parties without compromising on style.
To style it, mix in a couple of different chair designs - perhaps a bench on one side and upholstered seats at the ends - to keep things relaxed and inviting. A neutral linen runner, a low-profile ceramic vase of seasonal greenery and a pair of slim pendant lights overhead will all help to ground the table in its space and highlight its generous proportions.
