Description
The Mercers Furniture Corona Grey Wax Large Open Top Dresser Top offers a striking blend of contemporary style and functional design, making it an ideal addition to any modern living space
Our Stylist Says
This sideboard top is a versatile choice, especially for adding a modern yet subtly rustic touch to a variety of interiors. I love how the grey wax finish offers a soft, matte look that complements both contemporary and farmhouse schemes. It works particularly well in living rooms and dining areas where you want to create a calming, curated display - think candles, decorative bowls, and small sculptures to personalise the space. For styling, try balancing taller items like vases or dried flowers on one side to add height, while keeping more compact pieces in clusters for visual interest. Since it’s practical for surface use, it’s perfect for hiding occasional clutter or serving as a display space without overwhelming the room.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
