Description

With a simple wooden frame, our Corinne open shelf unit is the perfect addition to a cool toned, minimalist space. The light wood finish shows off the natural grain of the wood, creating a relaxed and serene finish.  The focal point of this piece are the abstract circle features in the supporting beams. Contrasting beautifully with the simple structure, this design adds a contemporary touch to the shelving unit.  With all of its amazing features, this shelving unit is incredibly versatile, working wonderfully in a variety of interior styles, and is perfect for displaying your favourite ornaments, books and photo frames.

Our Stylist Says

I particularly like how this open shelf combines a sculptural silhouette with generous storage - its staggered tiers give you plenty of room for books, ceramics and a few statement vases without feeling bulky. The light timber finish and open framework suit Scandi, minimalist or coastal schemes, but it can work equally well in a more eclectic space when you mix in colourful accents. To style it, alternate horizontal stacks of books with vertical rows, slot in woven baskets or storage boxes on lower shelves to corral smaller items, and leave some negative space so the design still reads as airy. A trailing plant on one side and a sculptural object on another helps lead the eye across, while keeping similar-shaded pieces grouped together makes the overall look feel cohesive.
